Neurofeedback Device Lease and Deposit Policy

At ZenFocus, we are committed to providing you with the best neurofeedback experience as part of our Neurofeedback programs. To ensure the availability and proper use of neurofeedback equipment, we have implemented a Neurofeedback Device Lease and Deposit Policy. Please review the following details:

Neurofeedback Device Lease:

  • As a part of our Neurofeedback programs, we provide you with access to neurofeedback equipment, which includes EEG feedback device, single electrode, electrode paste, and storage case.
  • The neurofeedback equipment is an essential component of our programs, designed to help you achieve optimal results in improving your mental well-being and overall performance.
  • The lease of neurofeedback equipment is included in the cost of our programs, and there are no additional charges for equipment rental during your program.

 

Deposit Requirement:

  • To ensure the responsible use and timely return of the neurofeedback equipment, we require a refundable deposit of $150 at the beginning of your program.
  • The deposit serves as security and will be returned to you in full upon the conclusion of your program and the return of the neurofeedback equipment in good condition.
  • The deposit requirement is a standard practice to safeguard our valuable equipment and encourage proper care during your program.

 

Refund of Deposit:

  • At the successful completion of your Neurofeedback program, your $150 deposit will be promptly refunded to you.
  • The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of equipment return.
  • Deposits will be refunded using the same payment method used for your program fees unless otherwise requested by the customer.
  • If the customer wants to keep the device, we will apply the $150 dollars towards the $275 cost of the device. This device can be used with the Muse App and Mind Monitor App without enrollment in Zen Focus Neurofeedback. 

Conditions for Deposit Refund:

  • To receive a full deposit refund, the neurofeedback equipment must be returned in the same condition as when provided to you.
  • Any damage to the equipment or missing components may result in a partial or complete forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Our team will inspect the equipment upon its return, and any discrepancies will be communicated to you.
 

We understand that accidents can happen, and minor wear and tear are expected during normal use. However, any significant damage beyond ordinary wear and tear may affect the deposit refund.

By participating in our Neurofeedback programs and accepting the neurofeedback equipment, you agree to comply with the terms of this Neurofeedback Device Lease and Deposit Policy. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the responsible use and return of the neurofeedback equipment, allowing us to continue providing quality services to all our valued clients.

ZenFocus offers coaching services aimed at optimizing your mental well-being, enhancing peak performance, managing stress, and fostering relaxation through neurofeedback and mindfulness practices. We are here to provide guidance, support, and education, but we do not offer medical treatment or psychiatric diagnoses.

4. No Medical or Psychiatric Diagnoses
